Latex-free hair bands on sale for cheap!

Latex-free hair bands are insanely hard to find! Not that I have any hair to pull back anymore, but just in case you do, Amazon has their colored silicone loom bands for just $3.70 right now. That's 600 bands plus 25 "S" hooks for less than $4! Plus, shipping is FREE!

If you are like me and have minimal hair, these are still handy to have around in place of expensive latex-free rubber bands, or use them for their original purpose, with a loom!

Remember, Amazon's prices are constantly changing, so don't sit on this deal and be sure to check pricing before checkout!

Make Your Own Latex-Free Bra from an Old Shirt: A Video Tutorial

If you're like me, you don't have a lot of money to spend to make your wardrobe latex-free. Latex free bras can cost anywhere from $30 to over $150! Since I'm not a woman that can go out in public regularly without any kind of support, I make my own upcycled bras.

While I would love to take the credit for this idea, it came from my super awesome hubby! My apologies for the poor videography- I wanted to get something up quickly so I didn't have to keep explaining it to friends.

Buster Brown Elastic Free Socks on Sale

While I have never purchased these Buster Brown 100% Cotton Socks, some people with latex allergies recommend them. A six pack is currently on sale for $16.95, the cheapest they have been for at least 6 months. These are reportedly free of synthetic material and elastic.

Concerned that you won't like them? Amazon has fantastic customer service and a great return policy.

Great Deal on Latex Free Cloth Diapers!

If you have a little one around, or one on the way, the TweedleBugs One Size Pocket Diaper in green (pictured) is a great deal! All of the other, similar diapers are currently 19.99 plus shipping, but this particular one is on sale for $9.99 plus $4.99 shipping.

Free of latex, phthalates, lead, and BPA, these are designed for babies from 7 to 35 pounds.

Why "Latex Allergy Wardrobe?"

In short, latex allergy has rocked my world, and not in a good way. While I've been incredibly fortunate to find individuals who have already been diagnosed and have muddled their way through making their lives safer (and less itchy!), it is still incredibly challenging to go from a huge wardrobe with selection galore to one that fits in my new tiny closet- with room for my husband's clothing!

Regardless of your budget, I'll be sharing links to products that *should* be safe for anyone with a latex allergy to wear. Since manufacturers are always changing things up, I can't guarantee anything or be held responsible for their products. I'm simply striving to be a bit of a help in a wide sea of unsafe options.

In addition to sharing sales and hopefully safe latex-free clothing items, I'll also be sharing with you my wardrobe journey. With minimal sewing skills, I'll be sharing tutorials for my attempts at renewing my wardrobe (and, I'm sure, failures).

If I come across great deals and sales, you can be sure that I'll keep you informed. No one likes a great deal better than I do!
